I had the pleasure of working with Ann at Hasbro, when we were both part of a small startup group for the company’s fashion doll & licensed toy business in LA. Ann not only guided our product development team through numerous schedule challenges - she helped to establish & codify new processes, thereby streamlining ways of working & best practices, while training other team members to do the same. She is impeccably organized, possesses great communication skills, and has always demonstrated remarkable leadership as she works with cross-functional partners to resolve issues.
