For 15 years, I’ve been the project and operations leader who says “let’s figure it out” when everyone else says “it can’t be done,” staying calm and building smart frameworks that create lasting operational advantages. After leading hundreds of projects across Apple, Amazon, and Hasbro, I’ve learned that everyday project managers change the world one project at a time.
